Than Bauk
In a conversation with D. I was reminded of these... written a while ago.
The Than Bauk is a neat poetic form. It comes from Burma, and was important to the west only very recently. It is three lines of four syllables, with a unique rhyme scheme.
Silence, pity
that beastly man
we see his tracks

we will fight for
the right words spoke
