To my knowledge and experience, $.05 a word is Pro-rate in Science Fiction and Fantasy.

I don't know if I'll have anything actually appropriate. Are you accepting re-prints?

Reprints are fine!

I thought that 10c was pro-rate according to SFWA. If it's 5c, I am both happy (that I can afford pro rate) and sad (that it's that low.)
