Take red potatoes. Cut into small wedges.

Toss w/ olive oil and two healthy pinches salt.

Lay on baking sheet. Cook at 450 for half an hour, but forget and accidentally cook a few extra minutes. Scrape off sheet, turn onto uncooked side, put back in oven for five minutes or just turn off the oven and let them sit in it.

Have with homemade hamburgers for dinner tonight.

For an interesting twist, take them out halfway through and coat gently with:

1.) Tamarind paste and rock salt, or

2.) Cumin, brown sugar and lemon juice.

OO! another twist is to add fresh rosemary! rosemary potatoes mmmmmmm (also really good with squash)
