Food Blogging

Yesterday I had the best food I will probably ever have in my entire life.

Breakfast: At Son's Place, one of the top three cafeterias in Atlanta. I had cheese grits with gravy, a biscuit, and a fried chicken breast. Everything was fantastic, particularly the chicked, which was fresh and so hot I could barely touch it. The biscuit -- which is the speciality of son's -- was puffy and, as far as I could tell, made entirely of butter.

Lunch: Steak burrito at Can-Cun in the mission in San Francisco. Can-Cun is widely regarded as the best place to get a burrito in the city, and the burrito was damned fine, full of good texture and just spicy enough that I didn't feel pain.

Dinner: Sushi at a place near Kate's which I didn't get the name of. We got the chef's special and ate the assortment by draft, which was great 'cause it meant the good stuff came first. Extraordinarily fresh and so so tasty.

Any one of these meals would have made my week.
