So, everything is beginning to get squared away for the big move. Alexis and I are going to be moving to Boston at the beginning of February. Hopefully there will be much yay and gaming and food and such.

Although I'm not expected miracles, I was hoping that the folks who read this and live in the area could keep an eye out for jobs / apartments in the next couple of months.

What we're looking for.

Apartments: One room apartments livable for two people (not a studio) around $1000/month or maybe living with another person if one of you reading has a place opening up and doesn't mind living with a couple or maybe a friend of yours who you know is really cool. Alexis is really sweet and quiet and loves to cook and clean and I'm ... me. Hopefully we kinda cancel out.

Jobs: I'm looking for anything involving game design, writing, editing, tutoring, or mandarin chinese. Basically any entry-level stuff, since my experience in all but the first is minimal. She's looking for ESL teaching, or possibly some other stuff which she'll comment and let me know.

So, I know it's a long-shot, but can you hook us up?

(also: games. I'm planning on running a PTA season and a Bliss Stage game on top of Story Games Boston. We'll see how those come to fruition.)
