What's the center picture from? It's too small for me to identify beyond "purple-haired girl yelling".

You'd have to ask Mark, who designed them. It just looks like "purple-haired girl, yelling" to me, too.

Yeah. At icon size, it's rough to get recognizable character art.

That's Lunamaria Hawke, of Gundam Seed Destiny. Not a perfect choice, but not bad.

No need to apologize at all. I was just talking Dominion and Patlabor earlier today.

I don't know quite why I didn't consider Noriko! Maybe some misguided attempt at spreading the roles over as many shows as possible... so far I have only hit 2 anchors from the same source.
