New Coats

I have purchased two new coats.

One of them is a dark brown leather bomber jacket in the style to which I have become accustomed.

The other is the black button-y trenchcoat that I wished I had when I was 20. It is very nihilistic. When I wear it, I feel like the author of Polaris that people expected when they are disappointed to meet me at cons.

I have a dark blue button up trenchcoat. Its really rainy where I live. Most normal people don't think its that odd if I wear it when walking to someone's house to game.

But once I step into the game house, I must accept my new life as Clan Brujah

I am pretty sure the author of Polaris wears a fluffy poets shirt and a huge billowy cape.

I understand why he might hire that Ben Lehman guy to do cons for him, though; it's hard to leave your majestic castle when the very sight of the modern world makes you break into uncontrollable weeping.

Yeah, to pull it off (Polaris author) I imagine you would need shave your head and paint your nails black. Also, develop tuberculosis. But that's a given for any kind of authorship.
