Attention atheists who say "atheists don't do horrible things in the name of their religion."

Please go read a book about the cultural revolution.

Ironically, I remember reading somewhere that someone recommended it's better to be angry at God than not to think of (him/her/it) at all, because at least then God is still in your thoughts.

But, isn't like, atheism sprung from anger at God a funny paradox?
