New Payment Model

I'm moving to a new payment model for Bliss Stage and Polaris eBooks. Basically, pay whatever you like, and I'll send a the book to you. I'm hoping that it works out well.

There is obviously a lot to know about this. I think you made some good points in Features also. Keep working ,great job!
