I blew up a pot last night making tea for my sick sweetie. Glass went flying everywhere. I got away with a cut on my foot and a very small cut on my thigh, but oh crap it could have been worse. I happened to be far away from the pot when it happened -- a minute earlier I had been staring down into it watching it begin to bubble. Also, if I hadn't flinched just right, the cut on my thigh would have been ... uh... in a much more sensitive location.

All in all, I'm glad I'm okay.

There's a new forum for women to talk about gaming. How awesome is it to see three mentions of Polaris in the sound off thread. Even if they are "want to play" and not "playing."
