If you have any interest at all in the machinery of traditional book publishing, The Rejecter is a pithy and humorous ground's eye view. It's an anonymous blog written by a first reader for a NYC fiction/non-fiction agent.

I personally find the obsession of authors with the ephemera of the publication apparatus to be useless at best and self-destructive at worst, but I'll probably make an exception for this because the quality of the writing is so high.
