I've been asked to write a bit about my game design approach. It's very hard to write about, like catching quicksilver with tongs. But I've come up with a pretty strong statement of my general artistic principles.
Compromise is the enemy of art.
Seen properly, it contains a whole lot (indieness, economic decisions I make, game design approaches, game play approaches, and so on.)
