Home again, which is lovely. I breakfasted this morning on crackers and goat cheese. Goat cheese is always a sign to me that I am home. My parents are such yuppies. (What's a yuppy who is middle-aged? A muppy? Muppet?)

The end of classes went... well... it went. Hopefully I was mediocre enough to pass physics, and I passed Japanese and took an incomplete in Classical. Modern Chinese just sort of died.

Pending a good report from the physics professor, though, I am done.

And looking for a job. The game plan right now is to stay in CA for a bit, then off to China, but I may end up... well, any number of places. There are a number of jobs that look really cool to me right now, including an editing position at a bilingual city magazine in Nanjing and a translation/writing job for Nintendo in Washington. If, though insane luck, I manage to land one of these, my plans may shift rather rapidly.

But, for right now, Christmas.

So that's what's up with me.
