FALCON this semester is depressingly low key -- I actually get most of the afternoons to myself. It may seem strange to complain about not being worked to the bone, but I've come to expect that and I really feel that I'm not learning nearly enough Chinese to be ready for Beijing next year. I've been wasting a shitload of time reading http://www.indie-rpgs.com , and if anyone has any better ideas for things to do with my life please speak up. I'm going to be hitting Cornell's gaming club tomorrow night to cruise for RPG players, and I'm contemplating attending some random sorority parties, just to have something to do. In a week or so I have a Chinese painting class starting up, so hopefully that will keep me more entertained.
I'm going to install AIM on my favorite language lab computer, so hopefully I will be on the in the afternoons and be able to talk with people.
That's all for right now.
