benlehman | Yay! New Apartment!

Just got approved this morning for a new apartment in the Central District. It's a short walk to Lukas and Tony, not that far from the I-district or Cap Hill, and absolutely hugemongous for the price (basically the same as what we're paying right now for a tiny 1-br). It has 3 br (one for us, one for our roomie Lesley, one spare!), in-house washer and dryer without quarter slots, a huge yard which we can use to garden(!), and it's right on a busline to school. The neighborhood is right between ghetto and surburbia, and the neighbors accordingly seem very nice (lots of families with kids). There's even two parks nearby!
