I think the "Top friends" bit on Myspace was more drama inducing, if only because it turns it into a popularity contest. The crushy thing? Not nearly as much.
It's kind of cute because of the 'ever' thing. I'm sure there are more than half a dozen people on my friends list I could reasonably say I've 'ever crushed on', but a couple of them were before puberty. :-)
