[Bliss Stage] Artists

So I'm poking around looking for artists for Bliss Stage. Here is an announcement on the Forge, but I'm also trawling deviantArt.

I'm curious to get reactions, especially from those of you who read this and actually play the game, to these two artists:

Messa, who is a pretty workman-like anime artist.
and
ShiZero, who is different in a good way, and also intellectually capable of surrealism.

Haven't played Bliss Stage, but I think ShiZero is the better artist, as Messa has some issues with proportion.

Honestly, all of ShiZero's stuff looks way to happy for Bliss Stage. My vote goes to Messa of the swirly dark backgrounds. Yay for angst!

I think I'm going to have illos in Shock:

I'm worried.

Because I'm doing them myself.

It's not like I can't do illustration; I did a lot of it in college. But... drawing's really personal to me.

Anyway, I think all three, including wen-m are interesting choices.

I'm inclined toward ShiZero. wen-m seems kinda trashy, with a corporate, Hot Topic feel and Messa just isn't as strong as ShiZero is.
